Visualising your dreams and desires as if they have already manifested is not just a “woo woo” practice – it has very real and positive impacts on our brain and nervous system that help us to call in our desires fast.
First, visualising your desires manifest creates a sense of safety in our nervous system by making our goals feel familiar and inside our comfort zone. Second, visualising your desires signals to the “attention centre” of your brain (your reticular activating system or RAS) that what you’re visualising is important to you, and therefore your brain will pay attention to things in your environment that are related to your desires (so you’ll notice more opportunities to manifest your goals!)
